Andrej Nabergoj, Chief Executive Officer

In the last decade, Andrej co-founded and led six software and internet companies in eight European markets and in Japan, including Parsek Systems, where he developed the company from start-up to 100+ employees and Httpool, a leading Eastern European online advertising network. He started and supervised Parsek&AT, a successful JV in Japan. Andrej also serves as chairman for Yes - Young Executives Society, a charitable association in South Eastern Europe, is an advisor to USAID, and is vice president for Young Entrepreneurs for Europe, an organization representing over 35,000 entrepreneurs from EU. His current fields of interest are social network analysis, neuroscience, positive psychology, social media and attachment parenting. Andrej is a father of one, and lives with his wife in Ljubljana. |
Matej Pangerc, Chief Technology Officer

Matej is co-founder of Parsek, where he served as the CTO and chief strategist. Matej fathered an innovative software platform that powers most of Parsek’s reference implementations in several industries, especially insurance, banking, retail and mobile. He developed the key accounts of Parsek’s business and led Parsek’s entrance to the Japanese market on the conceptual and operational level. |
Greg McPartlin, Chief Financial Officer

Greg has been working in corporate finance for 12 years, during the last 9 of which he has been based in Central Europe. He has lead his own corporate finance boutique specialising in mid market transactions and previously was employed as Director of Deloitte & Touche Central Europe. In this time he has advised on many complex and high-profile assignments such as advising on the sale of the largest insurance company in Slovakia, advising on the sale of the national fixed line telecom provider of Montenegro and advising the largest shareholders of the two largest breweries in Slovenia on their strategic options during a hostile and contested takeover bid. Greg is a law graduate, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and a Member of the Corporate Finance Faculty. |
